Pipes made of PB
Polybutylene pipes are flexible and durable, suitable for various building and industrial applications. They are available in single-layer and three-layer configurations, with the latter being oxygen-tight and suitable for heating systems.
Structure / Material
The pipes are made from polybutylene, a flexible and durable material. Single-layer pipes are used for drinking water and industrial applications, while multilayer pipes are used in heating systems. The pipes can be joined by welding or push-in connectors.
Dimensions
Pipes are available in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 110 mm. Special dimensions and tolerances are available upon request.
Applications
These pipes are used for surface heating and cooling, radiator connections, drinking water installations, and industrial applications.
Approvals / Standards
The pipes have DVGW and CSTB approvals and comply with DIN 16868/16869 and DIN EN ISO 15876-2 standards.
Advantages
Multilayer pipes are oxygen-tight, corrosion-free, weldable, and have excellent stress crack resistance. They are flexible, easy to lay, and have low thermal expansion. Pre-insulated pipes offer additional protection and are easy to assemble.

Accessories and tools for pipe installation are available, including pipe cutters, calibrators, and mounting rails for underfloor heating.

We produce polybutylene pipes with up to three layers.
