• Lattice Bar Section: Manufactured from 1.5mm pre-galvanised material; stocked in half (666mm) and single (1308mm) lengths; pack quantities 250 and 50 for double rivetted 1308mm lengths.
• Leaf Sections: Pre-galvanised, available in 150mm (6”), 230mm (9”), and 305mm (12”) widths with thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm to 1.6mm.
• Double Picket Section: 1.2mm pre-galvanised material.
• Flat Bottom Nosing Bar: 1.2mm pre-galvanised and 0.7mm plastisol materials.
• Top and Bottom Tracks: Manufactured from 2.0mm pre-galvanised material; stocked in 6m lengths with 20 lengths per pack.

Folding Door Sections

• Manufactured from 0.8-1.2mm pre-galvanised plain or perforated, plastisol coated material, and stainless steel.
• Also available in 0.7-1.6mm pre-galvanised, plastisol coated, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Pre-galvanised perforated options available.
• Cut to length and punched for endlocks upon request.

Endlocks and Accessories

• Endlocks and quirk strips stocked in 8m lengths, manufactured from 0.7-0.9mm pre-galvanised material.
• Universal non-handed plastic endlocks available in packs of 250.
• Universal aluminium wind endlocks with added security features available in packs of 100.
• Galvanised angles supplied in 8m lengths with various sizes (e.g., 100x50x3mm, 100x65x3mm).
• Guide channels and wind lock guide channels stocked in 8m lengths; minimum order quantities apply for wind lock guide channels.

INSULATH® Roller Shutter System

A patented roller shutter system designed for factories, garages, storage areas, and retail outlets with the following features:

• Unique section wraps around a 127mm (5”) barrel with the INSULATH® Barrel Lath, significantly reducing barrel wrap dimensions.
• Thermal value of 0.69 W/m²K and acoustic value of 18 dB(A), validated by the University of Central England.
• Available finishes include galvanised, plastisol, aluminium, and stainless steel.
• Optional punched vision panels and supplied vision panels.
• Components include CFC-free insulation infill (supplied in 195m packs), non-handed endlocks, galvanised angles, self-locking guide system, and galvanised bottom seal system—all stocked and ready for supply.

INSULATH® System Components

• Barrel Lath: Connects twin interlocked skins to a 127mm barrel; reduces curtain wrap size; supplied in 8.4m lengths.
• Self-Lock Guide System: Connects plastic double brush strip carrier to galvanised guide; includes brush strip seal; supplied in 8m lengths.
• Bottom Seal System: Non-handed galvanised bottom seal carrier with rubber seal; carrier supplied in 8m lengths; rubber seal in 25m coils.
• Vision Panels: Punching and supply available.
