Installation and Storage Recommendations

Sheets should not slide on each other or the framework.
Use asphalt felt strips to separate wooden purlins and sheets.
Store sheets undercover and protect them from the elements.
Use tarpaulins or waterproof sheets for outdoor storage, ensuring air circulation.
Store sheets off the ground on timber bearers spaced no more than 900mm apart.
Inspect sheets regularly for leaks.
Lift sheets manually or use ropes/slings for hoisting, avoiding chains.
Wear soft-soled shoes with a firm grip when working on roofs.
