• Lattice Sections: Stocked in 6.1m lengths, 2mm pre-galvanised material; hot rolled pickled & oiled available subject to minimum quantity. Pack quantity: 160 lengths.
• 'W' Track: Available in 1.5mm pre-galvanised material, 6.1m lengths, pack quantities of 50.

Industrial Door Components

Roller Door Sections and INSULATH® System

• INSULATH® is a patented roller shutter section designed to wrap around a 127mm (5") barrel, significantly reducing barrel wrap dimensions.
• Thermal value: 0.69 W/m²K; Acoustic value: 18 dB(A) as per University of Central England calculations.
• Available finishes include galvanised, plastisol, aluminium, and stainless steel.
• Features include punched vision panels, CFC free insulation infill, non-handed end locks, galvanised angles, self-locking guide system, and galvanised bottom seal system.
• Insulation infill supplied in 195m packs, designed to fit interlocking twin skins.
• Vision panels and punched vision panel options are available.
• Endlocks: Universal non-handed plastic endlocks supplied in packs of 250.
• Galvanised angles and wind endlocks with added security features are stocked.
• Barrel lath designed to connect twin interlocked skins to a 127mm barrel, reducing curtain wrap size, supplied in 8.4m lengths.
• Self-lock guide system includes a plastic double brush strip carrier and brush strip seal for durability.
• Bottom seal system includes a galvanised carrier and rubber seal, available in 8m lengths and 25m coils respectively.

Steel Section Dimensions and Packaging

Various steel sections are stocked and supplied in standard lengths and pack quantities, including:

• Lattice bar sections in 1.5mm pre-galvanised material, stocked in half (666mm) and single (1308mm) lengths, pack quantities of 250 and 50 for double rivetted lengths.
• Leaf sections in 150mm, 230mm, and 305mm widths, manufactured from 0.9 to 1.6mm thicknesses.
• Double picket sections from 1.2mm pre-galvanised material.
• Flat bottom nosing bars in 1.2mm pre-galvanised and 0.7mm plastisol materials.
• Top and bottom tracks manufactured from 2.0mm pre-galvanised material, stocked in 6m lengths with pack quantities of 20.
• Angle sections and guide channels stocked in 8m lengths, with variations available subject to quantity.
• Endlocks and quirk strips manufactured from 0.7-0.9mm pre-galvanised material, stocked in 8m lengths.

Standards and Certifications

The traditional 3" lath and INSULATH® door component assemblies have been tested to relevant BS EN standards in line with CE mark requirements. The company supports customers by issuing statements of performance endorsed by a UKAS accredited body.
