Anatel TOC600 On-line Total Organic Carbon Analyzer

Product catalog summary
Overview
The ANATEL TOC600 is an on-line Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer designed for easy installation, start-up, and operation. It features complete and accurate sample oxidation and complies with USP <643>, <645>, and EP 2.2.44 standards for TOC analysis. The device is independent of flow rate, pressure, and UV lamp aging, and is built with a highly reliable, rugged, all-metal design that requires no reagents or chemicals.

Value and Performance
The TOC600 utilizes stop-flow oxidation technology for complete oxidation of water samples, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical UPW applications. It includes a portable CSV module for calibration, system suitability, and validation testing, which can be used across multiple analyzers to reduce costs. The device supports remote control and networking of up to eight analyzers with a C80 controller, facilitating low-cost multi-analyzer systems. Results are automatically calculated and formatted into reports for display, print, and archive.
