CLADDING MORTARS PRODUCT Dry mortar for plastering and masonry jobs in general. COMPOSITION Product based on high resistance cement, selected aggregates, and other additives. To be applied directly on brickworks. Masonry works. Plaster and stucco works. Terrazzo floorings. REV. 01/08 - This version cancels all previous ones. Please, obtain the lastest version from our web site. SUBSTRATES Conventional cement and brickwork based substrates. Substrates must be resistant, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, demolding agents, organic products, etc. In case of hot or windy weather conditions or when applying over absorbent substrates, it is advisable to wet the substrate and wait till the thin layer of water disappears. INSTRUCTION FOR USE Add water and mix by hand or mechanically until it takes on an even and workable consistency. For plaster works, spread the mortar on the substrate with a trowel and let rest enough time before floating. Do not apply below 5ºC nor above 30ºC. Do not apply when there is a risk of frost, rain, strong wind or direct sunlight. For a thickness of over 1,5 cm, it is advisable to apply the product in two coats. In extreme weather conditions (strong winds or high temperatures) it is necessary to water the product with light sprinklers the day after applying it.
