GRIGLIATI BALDASSAR S.R.L. offers the DRAIN-TECH series of extruded aluminium drainage channels designed for outdoor applications such as garage doors, terraces, and car parks. The channels feature continuous longitudinal inlet slots (10 x 25 mm) and come with pre-assembled joints for perfect alignment and quick assembly. The aluminium profiles are anodised with a 15 μm layer to ensure durability and corrosion resistance.

Channel Dimensions and Capacities

• H 83 Channels: Available in lengths of 500 mm and 1000 mm, weighing 1.60 kg and 3.12 kg respectively.
• H 133 Channels: Available in lengths of 500 mm and 1000 mm, weighing 2.06 kg and 4.12 kg respectively.
• Both channel types have a filling thickness of 40 mm (H 83) and 73 mm (H 133).
• Class 2 maximum load capacity (suitable for car traffic) is guaranteed when channels are filled with at least 4 cm of concrete.

Accessories and Components

• Corners: External and internal corners for both H 83 and H 133 channels, sized 500 x 500 mm.
• Inspection Chambers: Available with vertical or horizontal drains, supplied with lifting handles and Allen keys. Vertical drains have diameters of 75 mm or 30 mm depending on the channel height, with a length of 250 mm. Horizontal drains have diameters of 30 mm or 50 mm and length of 250 mm.
• Ends and Joints: End pieces with right-hand (RH) or left-hand (LH) drains, closed ends, and joints are available for both channel heights. Lengths vary between 30 mm and 83 mm depending on the component.

Material and Durability

The channels are made from extruded aluminium with a 15 μm anodised coating, providing long-lasting corrosion resistance suitable for outdoor environments.

Installation and Application Notes

• Channels must be filled with at least 4 cm of concrete to achieve the specified Class 2 load capacity.
