However, suitability is better assessed based on the food preparation and distribution processes, rather than the actual number of meals. High performing and space efficient Wash up to 180 GN 1/1 containers per hour – no prewashing needed. Enhances the workflow of the kitchen, making it more efficient and flexible. • Integrated table – a welcomed solution for cramped GN kitchens. The lower door hatch folds out, acting as a built-in loading table for the basket. • Fits facilities with low ceilings – only 2034 mm height. • Fits into even the tightest corner – only 1 m2 needed. Multipurpose Do you use gastronorms, pots and pans as well as saucepans and grids? This machine will wash all sizes of Gastronorms – load up to 12 small or 6 GN 1/1 directly in the basket, no extra accessories needed. Also fit a good variety of pots, saucepans, bowls, chopping boards and baking trays with aid from a few accessories.
