Product Overview:
Lockdown® Metal Panel Ceilings are designed for supervised security environments, featuring a tamper-evident grid-based system. The panels, made from heavy gauge steel or aluminum, lock into the grid to prevent system breaches and concealment of contraband. Perforated panels with acoustical media provide noise control, and the system is factory finished for quick and easy installation compared to drywall systems. It is compliant with green building standards and is IAQ friendly.

The ceiling systems are suitable for various environments including visitation areas, dayrooms, courthouses, interrogation rooms, kitchens, control rooms, and restrooms.

- Size Options: 24” x 24” or 24” x 48”, with metric sizes available.
- Panel Thickness and Composition: 18 ga galvanized steel, optional .040” and .063” aluminum, with perforated and unperforated options.
- Finish: High durability security white powder coat.
- Perforation Patterns: .080” diameter round holes on .220” diagonal centers, 10% open area, with custom patterns available.

Acoustical and Fire Ratings:
- Acoustical Media: Class A rated fiberglass sound absorbing pads wrapped in fire retardant black polyethylene.
- Acoustical Ratings: NRC of 0.70-1.00, STC of 40-44.
- Fire Ratings: Class A flame spread rating per ASTM E84.

System Compatible Accessories:
Includes LockLite light fixtures, diffusers, piano hinged locking access doors, face attached access panels, backer panels, and spacer grid.

Environmental Considerations:
The product contributes to LEED® certification, with 75-100% post-consumer recycled steel suspension and 69.1% recycled steel panels. It features biodegradable pre-treatment with no phosphates, hazardous waste, VOCs, or heavy metals.
