This warranty covers replacement of elements that become unusable due to material or manufacturing defects, provided the installation complies with current standards and the guidelines outlined in the 'correct installation' section. Product Description and Features

The Klass radiator series combines aluminum technology and design to offer harmony and comfort. It features a slim, rounded profile suitable for small spaces, made from certified EN AB 46100 aluminum alloy ensuring long durability. The finish includes a double coating process: an anaphoretic bath followed by epoxy-polyester powder coating, providing excellent aesthetics and corrosion resistance. Klass radiators deliver high thermal output, making them suitable for various spaces.

Thermal Power and Performance

Thermal power ratings are based on tests conducted by the Energy Department of the Polytechnic University of Milan, following UNI EN 442 standards. The thermal power (P) for temperature differences (ΔT) other than 50°C is calculated using the formula: P = Km · ΔT^n. For example, the Klass 600 model at ΔT=60°C produces 168 Watts.

Models are suitable for hot water and steam systems up to 110°C and operating pressures up to 6 Bar (600 KPa). They can be installed with iron, copper, or thermoplastic piping.

Installation Guidelines

• Maintain minimum distances for optimal thermal output: at least 3 cm from the wall, 10 cm from the floor, and 10 cm from shelves or window sills.
• Use plastic-coated brackets (catalog items 4, 25, 27, or 29) to prevent noise caused by thermal expansion.
• Check water pH (preferably between 6.5 and 8) and add a passivating inhibitor (e.g., Cillit-Hs 23 Al) at 1 liter per 200 liters of circulating water to prevent corrosion and scaling.
• Install automatic or manual air vent valves on each radiator.
• Avoid fully closing radiator shut-off valves to prevent overpressure; use automatic air vents if excluding radiators from the circuit.
• Protect paint finish by avoiding exposure to high humidity before and after installation; avoid corrosive cleaning products.

Technical Specifications

Thermal power values at different ΔT (°C) are provided, showing decreasing power with lower temperature differences, e.g., Klass 800 ranges from 207 W at 60°C to 48 W at 20°C.

Accessories and Colors

Various accessories are available including different types of brackets (straight, right-angle, plastic-coated), plugs, gaskets, nipples, manual and automatic air vent valves, mounting keys, and cleaning liquids. Radiators come in colors such as white (RAL 9010) and ivory (RAL 1013).
