GLIDDEN Trim Paint Interior Semi-Gloss GT 4011 Product Description GLIDDEN introduces an extraordinary semi-gloss enamel for use on properly prepared wood and metal interior trim. Our exclusive SSG Technology applies quickly and easily. A second coat can be applied in only 2 hours for an ultra smooth, hard, durable enamel finish that will not stick to itself. Ideal for trim, doors, door jambs, windows, moldings and cabinets. GLIDDEN Trim Paint features low odor and low VOC and easily cleans up with soap and water. Suitable for use in residential and commercial applications. For best results: • Use a roller or large brush wherever possible and apply paint in medium even coats. • Lightly dampen brush or roller with tap water before dipping into paint. • When brushing use only nylon/polyester brush, paint from top to bottom in long smooth strokes. • On a raised panel door, paint the recessed areas first. Paint the areas immediately surrounding the recessed areas next, then finish the remainder of the door. • Sags or drips can be brushed away with a WATER-damp brush before paint has set up or dried. • Do not allow paint to dry on brushes. • Clean up spills immediately with water. General Surface Preparation All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean and free of oil, grease, wax, polish, mildew, loose and flaking paint and other foreign substances. NEW SURFACES: Wood - Set nails and fill holes with latex spackle. Sand smooth. Dust clean. Self-prime followed by a finish coat of this product. Do not use this product with lacquer undercoats. Steel, Galvanized Metal and Aluminum - Prime with a suitable metal primer. PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES: Wash to remove contaminants. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. Dull glossy areas by light sanding. Remove sanding dust....
