Garage Floor Interior/Exterior Latex Paint Satin 31XXF DESCRIPTION This high quality ready-to-use, water-based floor paint protects and enhances the appearance of your concrete. Its finish is resistant to oil and gasoline to lessen maintenance of hard-to-clean interior or exterior floors. This durable, satin finish paint resists scuffing, fading, cracking, peeling and blistering. Surface preparation is critical to the long-term performance of this product; please thoroughly follow the preparation steps noted below. SURFACE PREPARATION GENERAL SURFACE PREPARATION: Surfaces to be painted must be sound, dry, clean and free of oil, grease, dirt, rust, mildew, form release agents, curing compounds, loose and flaking paint and other foreign substances. NEW SURFACES: CONCRETE (CONCRETE FLOORS) and MASONRY - Do not use on floors subject to hydrostatic pressure. Cure at least 30 days before painting. pH must be 10.0 or lower.
