Product Overview
InfiniCor® Thin MDF is a smooth, two-sided thin MDF product manufactured by Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC. It is made from 100% post-industrial recycled pine fibers, resulting in a light golden brown color that reduces wet finishing costs. Product Variants

Physical/Mechanical Properties
The product features a thickness tolerance of +/- 0.008 inches, density ranging from 52 to 56 pcf, and an internal bond strength of 87 to 175 psi. It has a modulus of rupture between 4,496 and 6,000 psi, thickness swell of 0.080 inches, and linear expansion of ≤ 0.3%. Formaldehyde emissions are ≤ 0.13 ppm, and it has a Class C flame spread rating.

Thin MDF InfiniCor® Thin MDF is an unsanded, smooth two side (S2S) thin MDF product manufactured by Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC (GP). It is produced to exacting thickness tolerance standards (+/- 0.008”) and has a light golden brown color as a result of our 100 percent pine composition. The finished color helps reduce the costs of wet finishing and makes for an attractive raw substrate. InfiniCor Thin MDF is produced using 100 percent post-industrial recycled or recovered pine fibers supplied by local mills, and has been awarded the Composite Panel Association’s coveted Eco-Certified Composite™ (ECC) designation as a result of its recycled and recovered fiber composition. Formaldehyde emissions for InfiniCor Thin MDF meet CARB Phase 2 standards1. Products Produced GP produces a wide range of InfiniCor Thin MDF products to meet the most demanding industrial applications. When enhanced physical properties are required, InfiniCor High Internal Bond (HIB) or InfiniCor Veneer Laminating Grade (VLG) are excellent choices.
