The Tatami mats are available in thicknesses of 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 40mm. Each mat measures 1000x1000 mm, with borders extending to 1040x1040 mm. The tolerances for length and width are ± 1.5%, and for thickness, ± 5%.
Applications
These mats are suitable for martial arts, combat schools, kindergartens, self-defense, yoga, and relaxation exercises.
Material Composition
Made from EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam, the mats are waterproof, recyclable, odorless, and provide maximum comfort. They are shock-absorbing, double-sided, ergonomic, easy to install and maintain, safe, and non-slip.
Physical Properties
The density is approximately 80Kg/m³ with a tolerance of ±10%, and the hardness is approximately 40º. The mats are non-conductive.
Safety and Handling
The product does not contain toxic or hazardous materials. It is biologically inert and recyclable. All extinguishing methods are allowed, and there are no incompatibilities. Mats should be stored away from open flames and not heated above 80°C. They are stackable and compatible with all packaging materials.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean with a cloth moistened with water. Avoid using corrosive products such as ammonia.
Additional Notes
The composition and appearance of the mats may change without affecting performance. Color tone variations may occur, and it is not advisable to wear shoes on the Tatami.
