TECHNICAL DATASHEET Wall mounted soap dispenser “NIMBUS series” TECHNICAL DATASHEET COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS - Concealed wall plate – AISI 304 stainless steel. Secured to wall with two screws. - Main body –AISI 304 stainless steel, matt black powder coat (RAL 9004), 115 µm thickness GW05 74 04 03, brushed gold finish GW05 74 04 07 and brushed metal finish GW05 74 04 09. Secured to wall plate with one Allen stainless steel screw. The main body consists of the soap tank which is made of thermoplastic material, the metal casing which covers this tank and the round snap flange covering the wall anchor plate. - Soap dispensing valve assembly, which contains the soap outlet pipe, the push button, the suction mechanism, and the internal liquid access pipe. - Fixings set - Two Ø 6mm wall plugs, two Ø 4mm screws and one Allen key. - OPERATION - Suitable for hotel or residential bathrooms. No specific operation instructions.To fill the dispenser, it is necessary to remove the upper part that contains the outlet pipe and the dosage valve, by unscrewing it from the main body. - MOUNTING - Loosen main body bottom setscrew so wall plate can be removed. Drill two Ø 6mm holes to suit provided wall plugs (6mm) and screws (4mm) at S points indicated in technical design. Secure wall plate to the wall. Place main body and tighten setscrew at the bottom so to secure with wall plate. - ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION Genwec wall mounted soap dispenser “Nimbus series” incorporating an external body in AISI 304 stainless steel. Shall be RAL 9004 matt black powder coated with a thickness of 115 µm (GW05 74 04 03), brushed golden finish (GW05 74 04 07) and brushed metal (GW05 74 04 09). This body covers the soap tank and is connected to the round cover for wall installation. The dispensing of the soap is done with a vertical activation button, with soft pressure and return, allowing it to come out through a horizontal pipe. Internally it incorporates a soap suction mechanism and an internal plastic pipe for access to the liquid.
