TECHNICAL DATASHEET GW06 25 & GW06 26 Waste bin with self-closing lid TECHNICAL DATASHEET Rectangular shape waste bin made of brushed finish AISI 304 stainless steel. Waste bin consists of a main body and a removable head incorporating the self-closing lid. It can be placed free standing on floor or wall mounted. The waste bin has the internal fixing hooks to secure the waste bag and has four insulating rubber pieces on the low side. COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS • Main body - 1.2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel brushed finish with the upper profile bent to avoid cuts. It incorporates four fixing hooks to secure the waste bag. On the rear side there are four round projections with holes for wall mounting. At the bottom there are four rubber supports for free standing on floor. The capacity is 65L (GW06 25 04 01) or 80L (GW06 26 04 01). • Head lid - 1.2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel brushed finish, easy to remove/assemble, contains the self-closing lid (same material and finish). Other components are the internal rod shaft and the spring that make the lid return. • Fixing set – Four wall nylon plug Ø 6 mm, four Ø 4mm screws ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION ‘Genwec’ waste bin in 1.2 mm AISI stainless steel brushed finish. The capacity is 65L (GW06 25 04 01) or 80L (GW06 26 04 01). The bin is made of a main body or container and a head that includes the self-closing lid. There are internal hooks to secure the waste bag and rubber feet for proper standing on floor. Wall mounting is possible since there are four holes on the main body to fix the hole device. The edges are smooth without sharp edges for the safety of the user. This unit must have a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing. SPARE PARTS MOUNTING The waste bin can be placed free standing on floor or installed on the wall. In this case, the four holes on wall must be done according to their relative position located on the main body. Then, insert the nylon plugs and fix the body by using the screws.
