TECHNICAL DATA SHEET GW05 38 04 Stainless steel toilet brush holder GW05 38 04 03 AISI 304 Stainless Steel Matt Black TECHNICAL DATASHEET Toilet brush holder manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, except for the brush bristles which are made of strong plastic filament. The unit includes a mounting bracket made of the same material that allows the brush holder to be attached to the wall. Mounting plate and screws are hidden, and the fixing process is very easy. COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS • Main body of unit – the main body consists of a 200 x 77 mm cylindrical body housing the plastic bottle and the toilet brush inside and incorporating a rear metal piece to attach the fixing plate for wall mounting. The whole unit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel material. • Handle (Φ12 mm) and lid (Φ77 mm) both made of AISI 304 stainless steel. • Rear wall mounting plate – Rear mounting bracket made of 1.5 thickness steel that includes two oval holes in vertical position for an easy installation of the unit. • Fixings set – Metal rear plate for wall mounting made of AISI 304 stainless steel, two 6mm wall plugs, two 4mm screws. • Inner bucket for collecting the residual water which is made of black thermoplastic material (PP). ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION ‘Genwec’ toilet brush holder inSPECIFICATION AISI 304 stainless steel. Shall have a stainless steel satin finish (GW05 38 04 01) or stainless steel matt black finish (GW05 38 04 03). Toilet brush holder is suitable for public use or for its installation in private bathrooms. Wall mounting is allowed. The warranty is 2 years. SPARE PARTS GW05 38 90 01 – Genwec black brush head The rear metal plate must be fixed to the wall after drilling two 6.0 mm holes in the position which is shown in the drawing and inserting the supplied plugs (Φ6.0 mm) and screws (4.0 mm).
