TECHNICAL DATASHEET GW04 20 Automatic soap dispenser ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION TECHNICAL DATASHEET COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS - • Container – 0.8mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Unit is equipped with an acrylic refill indicator window, a light battery life indicator and a lock keyed lid for top refilling. Capacity of the unit is of 1.200ml. - • Valve – No-touch, sensor activated valve suitable for liquid soap. Specially designed to avoid leakage. - • Fixings set – AISI 304 stainless steel mounting bracket, one key for lid opening, two 6mm wall plugs, two 4mm screws. - OPERATION - Corrosion resistant valve dispenses all-purpose hand soaps. Use only chloride-free pH-neutral liquid soaps. Alcohol based sanitisers are not recommended. Open top lid with supplied key for direct refilling. To activate the dispenser, place hand under sensor for approximately one second. Unit will supply 1ml soap in each dose. Acrylic level viewer indicates when refill is necessary. Battery life light indication will blink when batteries need to be replaced. Use key to open below lid and replace batteries. When replaced push below black button to restart the unit. - MOUNTING - Secure mounting bracket on wall by drilling two 6mm holes to suit provided wall plugs (6mm) and screws (4mm) at S points indicated in technical design. Slide down soap dispenser inside mounting bracket and secure unit with inside locking screw. Recommended mounting height is 100-110 cm from floor to push button or 15-20 cm from washbasin to push button. - Genwec wall mounted automatic soap dispenser shall be AISI 304 stainless steel with a capacity of 1.200ml. Unit shall dispense allpurpose hand soaps. Valve must be activated when hand is placed under the sensor. Unit will supply 1ml soap on each dose. Container shall be equipped with an acrylic level viewer, a battery life light indicator and a keyed lock lid on top for refilling.
