TECHNICAL DATASHEET GW04 01B Vertical soap dispenser with ABS pushbutton TECHNICAL DATASHEET Push button operation soap dispenser, vertical design made of stainless steel in brushed and matt black finishes. Push button is made of black color ABS thermoplastic material. Soap valve is reliable and anti-drip. There is a transparent PC lens that allows to view the soap level. A rear metal plate makes easy its installation and mounting process of device. Load of soap is by opening an upper lip that needs a special key which is supplied. COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS • Container – 0.8mm AISI 304 stainless steel. Container is covered internally with ABS white plastic to avoid direct contact between soap and stainless steel. Unit is equipped with a central acrylic level viewer and a lock keyed lid for top refilling. Capacity of the unit is of 1,1 ml. • Valve – Unit is equipped with black color ABS push button. Valves are designed and tested to avoid soap dripping. • Fixings set – AISI 304 stainless steel mounting bracket, one key for lid opening, three 6mm wall plugs, three 4mm screws. OPERATION Internal ABS plastic and corrosion resistant valve dispenses all-purpose hand soaps. Use only chloride-free pH-neutral liquid soaps. Alcohol based sanitisers are not recommended. MOUNTING Secure mounting bracket on wall by drilling three 6mm holes to suit provided wall plugs (6mm) and screws (4mm) at S points indicated in technical design. Slide down soap dispenser inside mounting bracket and secure unit with inside locking screw. Recommended mounting height is 100-110 cm from floor to push button or 15-20 cm from washbasin to push button. ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION ‘Genwec’ vertical design soap dispenser, push button operated in AISI SPECIFICATION 304 Stainless Steel material. The soap dispenser is available in brushed (GW04 01 04 01B), polished (GW04 01 04 02B) and matt black (GW04 01 04 03B) finishes. The capacity of soap tank is C = 1,1 L. The button is made of black color plastic material (ABS) and the internal soap valve supplies an amount of 0,7 – 1,3 ml per service. Liquid soap which is allowed must be as follows: Density: 0,9 – 1,40 g/cc Viscosity: 500 – 2500 cps There are no cutting edges for a safe use. The warranty is 2 years.
