TECHNICAL DATASHEET HA TÉCNICA GW03 29 04 01 Behind mirror paper dispenser TECHNICAL DATASHEET This paper towel dispenser made of AISI 304 stainless steel is suitable for its installation hidden behind a fixed mirror.’Pull-down’ type is very easy to install and to refill. There are no cutting edges and the outlet paper is designed to minimize the tear of paper towel. COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS The main body consists of the fixed part and contains the cover and the back plate with holes for wall mounting; it is made of AISI 304 stainless steel brushed finish. The drawer or sliding box that contains the paper towel units is also made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This part includes the outlet paper with an oval geometry, allowing the easy access with no cutting edges and containing a plastic piece around the the outlet frame to minimize the tear of the paper sheet. The sliding mechanism based on side rails is made of painted steel. The closing key and the wall fixing elements set. MOUNTING The total height of the paper dispenser in open mode must be considered to ensure the size which is needed (see the figure above). Once opened the drawer, mark the fixing holes which are located on the back plate of the dispenser and proceed to drill them. Insert the supplied nylon plugs. Then introduce the upper screws leaving 3-4 mm unscrewed. Mount the dispenser against those screws and then finish screwing themdcompletely. Insert and screw the lower screws. Finally, push the drawer up to its original position and close it by using the key. ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION The ‘Genwec’ GW03 29 04 01 wall mounted paper towel dispenser is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, brushed finish, and is suitable for its installation hidden behind the mirror. There is no cutting edges since all of them are bent. This paper dispenser is a ‘pull-down’ type so the access to refill the paper load consists of moving downwards the drawer where the folded paper towels are stored. The dispenser incorporates a lock and a key to close it after the paper loading process. It can contain up to 600 Z-fold or 400 C-fold paper towel units. The paper access is designed to be very easy to do and to minimize the tear of the paper towel due its geometry and the incorporation of a plastic piece around all the contour of outlet frame.
