TECHNICAL DATASHEET GW01 40 FALCON series hand dryer ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION ELECTRICAL SPECS PRODUCT FEATURES DESCRIPTION COMPONENTS & MATERIALS - Cover – 1.5mm AISI304 stainless steel. Fingerprint treatment. Vandal proof fixing screws, easy installation. - Internal plastics – 3.0 mm thickness fire retardant thermoplastics (PA 6 UL94 V0). - Mounting base with 4 anchor points, silent blocks included to reduce noise & mechanical vibrations. - Plug-in installation system with tamperproof screw. Avoids rewiring. - Motor – Universal with high pressure brushes, 220-240V, 31.000rpm, class F. Equipped with an automatic thermal-overload switch. - Electronic control board – Smart electronic board with minimum consumption on “stand-by” (< 0.5 Watt). Motor power can be adjusted between three setting modes and heating element may be turned OFF. Infrared sensor detection. Equipped with a light information system on air outlet to inform unit status. - Heating element - Coiled nickel-chrome heating element with a mica structure. Protected by an automatic thermal-overload switch. - Fixings set – Screws & wall plugs (x4), security key to open cover & security key for fixation of main unit to plug-in system. - Hygienic disinfection elements: - Negative ion & ozone generator UV light – automatic disconnection when cover is removed. Remove hands from path of sensor and dryer stops. Drying time in 12”. Electronic sensor will automatically shut dryer off after 30” dryer turns on if an inanimate object is placed across sensor lens.
