TECHNICAL DATASHEET GW01 25 Classicflow hand dryer automatic PRODUCT DESCRIPTION COMPONENTS & MATERIALS - Cover – 2mm white steel (GW 01 25 03 00) or 2mm AISI 304 stainless steel (GW01 25 04 01 / GW01 25 04 02) covers. Cover designed for heavy duty areas equipped with zamak 360º swivel nozzle. Nozzle is equipped with vandal-resistant grille. Cover is secured to mounting base with two tamper proof screws. - Mounting base – 1.5mm aluminium with four Ø 6mm mounting holes. Equipped with four silent blocks to diminish hand dryer vibrations. - Motor – Universal brush motor, 220-240V, 5.800rpm, F-class. Equipped with thermal-overload switch. - Electronic board – Fully protected electronic board with ABS cover. Infrared sensor sensitivity can be adjusted. - Heating element – Nickel/Chromium (NiCr) filament heating resistor with mica foil structure and protected by thermal-overload switch. Inaccessible to vandals. - Fixings set – One allen key to open cover, four 8mm wall plugs, four 6mm screws. OPERATION Infrared sensor automatically turns dryer on when hands are held under air-outlet opening and across path of sensor. Drying time less than 25 seconds. Remove hands from path of sensor and dryer stops. Electronic sensor has automatic shutoff approximately 60 seconds after dryer turns on if an inanimate object is placed across air-outlet opening. After inanimate object is removed, electronic sensor automatically resets itself and dryer operates normally. MOUNTING Use technical design provided in technical sheet or instructions manual. Drill four 8mm holes to suit provided wall plugs (8mm) and screws (6mm) at S points indicated in technical design. Once mounting base is secured to the wall, ground wire and sensor wire must be connected. Connect wirings following A and B stickers placed in wires and connection points. A with A and B with B.
