DATA SHEET UK / Version 1.00 / 07.01.2014 GS-4 GEOTHERMAL HEATING INSTALLATION Product description Geothermal heating installation GS-4 is a frequency-controlled brine to water heat pump, which is equipped with a frequencycontrolled compressor with complete control, circulation pumps for both brine as the floor heating element, necessary safety equipment and a 4 kW electrical heating element, which can be connect, provided there is a need for additional heating at very low outside temperatures. It is also equipped with a heat exchanger for free cooling, so during the summer the cold liquid in the underground hoses can be used for cooling the home. This cooling function works fine in connection with floor heating or with fan convectors. The installation is ready for direct connection to underground hoses and the floor heating system. Usage Geothermal heating pump GS-4 is used for heating low-energy houses with a dimensioned heat loss of up to 25 W/m² . The geothermal heating pump can only be used for heating via a low-temperature floor heating installation, which is outdoor temperature compensated.
