Product catalog summary

Panel Cutting:
- For quantities over 30 sqm, panels are cut to size with sides in multiples of 4 cm. For quantities below 30 sqm, the same rule applies.
- Out of square cuts for trapezes, triangles, and parallelograms require a minimum of 1 sqm per format based on the circumscribed rectangle.
- Shaped cuts for special and round shapes also require a minimum of 1 sqm per format based on the circumscribed rectangle.

Passing Holes:
- Raw holes must be at least 2x the diameter away from edges and other holes. For holes over 20mm, refer to passing slots.
- Raw edge slots for simple geometrical shapes require a minimum perimeter of 1 linear meter. For larger slots, refer to shaped slots.
- Shaped slots for special geometrical shapes are formed internally on the panel.

Pre-Drilling and Blind Holes:
- Blind holes are made on the backside of the panel for hanger installation.
- Threaded inserts M4 are added to the code GL10.

Monolithic External Corners:
- 90° corners require a minimum of 1 linear meter per side. Unassembled material may have irregularities.
- Assembly and positioning of bent corners with gluing require a minimum of 1 linear meter per assembled corner.

Monolithic Internal Corners:
- Internal corners require a minimum of 1 linear meter per side. Unassembled material may have imperfections.
- Assembly and chamfering of external corners require a minimum of 1 linear meter per assembled corner.

Edge Painting:
- Visible edges are painted to match the panel finish, requiring a minimum of 1 linear meter per format.

Surface Treatment:
- Acid treatment is applied to the surface of GammaStone Natural AIR Travertine panels.
