Product catalog summary
General Information
This document serves as an installation, operation, and maintenance guide for a kitchen extractor hood, compliant with European standards and directives 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU. It is essential to keep this manual with the appliance, even if ownership or installation changes.

Warnings
Ensure the voltage and frequency match the installation site. Electrical modifications should be performed by qualified personnel only. Repairs by unqualified individuals can cause damage. Turn off all electrical parts when not in use and during storms. The hood is intended for domestic kitchen use only, and the manufacturer is not liable for damages from improper use.

Usage
The hood operates in extraction or recirculation mode. Extraction mode expels fumes outside, while recirculation mode uses a Long Life odor filter to recycle air back into the kitchen. Long, curved, or corrugated ducts can reduce performance and increase noise.

Installation
Read the manual before installation. Maintain a minimum distance of 65 cm from gas cooktops and 50 cm from induction cooktops. Ensure proper ventilation when using with other gas or fuel-burning appliances. Installation should be done by qualified installers.

Electrical Connection
The appliance must be connected to a grounded system, either via a standardized plug or a fixed connection with a bipolar switch. Damaged power cables must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.

Operation
The hood prevents condensation on its lower surfaces when above an induction cooktop. It features internal resistances to prevent condensation. Use the control buttons for light and fan speed, and activate the anti-condensation function with a specific button.

Maintenance Alerts
Grease Filter: Clean every 30 hours of operation. Odor Filter: Regenerate every 120 hours. Condensation Container: Empty when full, as indicated by an internal sensor.

Maintenance
Disconnect power before maintenance. Clean the hood immediately after installation and regularly, at least once a month. Avoid acidic or abrasive products. The grease filter should be washed monthly or when indicated. The Long Life anti-odor filter can be regenerated every 3-4 months and replaced after 6-8 cycles.

Decommissioning
For permanent shutdown, ensure the appliance is off and disconnected. Follow installation instructions in reverse for disassembly. Dispose of according to European Directive 2012/19/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) to prevent environmental harm.

Specifications and Features
The hood includes brightness and color temperature adjustment, a non-heated internal fat filter, and a water collection tray. It should be turned on before cooking and left on until odors disappear. It features adjustable delayed auto-off functions.

Installation Guidelines
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel, following detailed instructions and measurements provided in the manual.
