The EB 333 In 1986 the original EB 300 was a revelation to Europe. A personal project of Georg von Blanquet, owner of Gaggenau and passionate private chef, this enigmatic, brilliant and cavernous oven was inspired by the substantial American range cookers. Black rotary knobs. To coincide with our 333rd year, a thorough, yet respectful redesign was initiated. The result is the EB 333, an accentuation of what makes this oven so distinctive. The famously substantial door becomes even greater: in the tradition of uncompromising materials and craftsmanship, it is covered with a single solid piece of 3 mm stainless steel.
