In 2005 we refocused on the urban elements market under the brand FREPAT Urban Equipment. Our previous experience in metallurgical activities is one of our strengths today. Our services as metallurgical company is organized around the cutting, folding , bending, shearing , welding and assembly. We have waterjet cutting machines, oxyfuel and laser capable of cutting any kind of material. We also have specific machines and high-precision cylinders for bending metal, and CNC Turning and milling. We are specialized in the study of metal structures projects, and our skilled operators allow us to give the best results at the earliest. Materials We work with all kinds of steel (Corten, stainless steel and / or galvanized) and with different finishes. Our treatments and finishes are in accordance with the European legislation. All welding and assembly are performed according to the recommendations of EN 1011. LASER CUTTING FREPAT QUAI BUS FREPAT QUAI BUS has been designed to allow the bus to approach as close as possible to the sidewalk edging curb. This feature improves passengers access to public transport, specially of persons with reduced mobility. The Corten steel combined with the reinforced concrete provides a high quality product, durable and with a high aesthetic value. Its curved profile has been carefully designed and the upper part has been processed to obtain a non-slip surface. This system provides a functional solution and it requires no maintenance. ELEMENTS FOR URBAN AND PUBLIC SPACES WATERJET CUTTING The system is composed of straight and special connecting pieces for changes in direction, allowing to adapt the different plots. The sizes of the parts are manufactured according to the features of the construction site.
