The Carmen system features customizable design options, including aluminum casings, over 200 RAL color choices, and 20 fabric colors for speakers. The AS-8 speakers are designed for high-end audio performance, offering powerful output and tone accuracy. The system's modularity allows optimal positioning of acoustic sources.

Technology and Functionality
Carmen integrates active cells with microphones and loudspeakers into the venue's walls and ceiling, modifying acoustic characteristics to enrich the sound field. It preserves the spatial-temporal coherence of the sound field without adding electronic reverberation, enhancing natural acoustic reflections.

The system is adaptable to large performance halls with over 600 seats, offering optimal acoustic variability for different music types. It maintains the natural timbre of instruments, benefiting both musicians and audiences. The system is used in renowned venues like the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.

The CSTB conducts preliminary acoustic studies using 3D models to determine system element placement. Post-installation, they fine-tune configurations and provide technical support, working closely with engineers and architects.
