His intention was to fuse the industrial properties of plywood with c a b i n e t m a ke r s’ p r i n c i p l e s a n d a t o u c h o f his signature functionalism. A combination that resulted in a remarkably simple, yet aesthetically enduring design that earned the award “ C o m e b a c k o f t h e Ye a r ” b y t h e D a n i s h Design press.
