UltraPly TPO Reinforced Curb Corners are pre-fabricated curb corners made from UltraPly TPO membrane used for flashing of curbs, as a time-saving alternative to dressing the curbs with separate pieces of TPO membrane and finishing the corners with pre-formed pieces. The UltraPly TPO Reinforced Curb Corners are designed so that 4 individual corners will be needed to produce a typical curb with a 50 mm weld on the overlap of the curb corner pieces. 2. Preparation Prepare TPO Reinforced Curb Corners areas by removing all dirt and debris from the membrane surface. 3. Application Position the corners in place and verify that the correct size is being used to allow a 50 mm overlap of corners for welding. Install the Firestone UltraPly TPO Reinforced Curb Corner with the appropriate heat welding equipment in accordance with current Firestone UltraPly TPO specifications, details and workmanship requirements. Care should be given during the heat welding process in order to prevent heat build up that could burn or damage the TPO Reinforced Curb Corner. 4. 6. Packaging / Storage / Shelf Life Packaging: 12 corners per carton. Storage: Store material in its original unopened packaging away from sources of physical damage or chemical contamination. Shelf life : Unlimited. 4.
