Specifications and Recommendations
  • Structure Preparation: Align and level supporting edge joists, studs, and braces. Ensure wood elements are conditioned to appropriate moisture content before use.
  • Edge Machine Work: Supplied with tongue and groove edges, eliminating the need for additional support on larger sides.
  • Expansion Clearances: Leave expansion joints due to moisture content, with a recommended clearance of at least 10 mm on each edge or 2 mm per meter length of board.
Use in Pitched Roofs
  • Arrange boards with staggered joints to prevent condensation. Ensure adequate ventilation and use a vapor barrier on the warm side of insulation.
  • Protect panels from rain and humidification during storage.
Installation Procedures
  • Roof Structures: Place boards perpendicular to rafters, with shorter sides supported on rafters or other edges. Support perimeter edges on studs or joists.
  • Bonding: Use PVAC adhesive for joints to prevent noise. D4 PVAC glue can be used for extra hold.
Predimensioning Tables
  • Provide recommended minimum thickness for various load cases based on appearance deformation and integrity criteria, to be verified by a technician.
Construction Applications
  • Suitable for prefabricated wooden construction, optimizing execution time on site. Important to seal joints and screw holes to accommodate expansion and shrinkage.

APPLICATION GUIDE (according to ENV 12872:2000) STACKING Boards should be stacked horizontally upon flat surfaces, conveniently away from the ground and with a sufficient number of supports to prevent the lower panels from overload. Intermediate battens are recommended between every 15 to 20 panels for ventilation, in line with the lower vertical battens. It is recommended that the battens be placed parallel to the shorter sides and along the entire length of the stack. It is recommended that the ends not exceed 150 mm. When packets are stacked, it is recommended that the supports be aligned...
