L'ORIGINALE MONOSTRATO VULCANICO The Monostrato Vulcanico is made with machinery and technologically advanced systems, capable of giving very high pressure to the basic material, making spills the water and air contained in it, making it very compact, not very absorbent, no frost, shock resistant and resistant to compression. The Monostrato Vulcanico is a flooring consisting in a whole homogeneous pressed body (300 kgs/cmq) of supercement (R = 52,5) and vulcanic material of the Etna or granied of marble. It is excellent for outdoors/indoors, flats and linings. The non-slip finishes of the Volcanic Monolayer are not made by using a mould, but by working with diamond tools for finishes "E" type and "F" type or by using shot blasting steel ball for finishes "B" type and "M" type, this technique carried out in such a way, conveys to the product a unique aesthetic effect allowing it to maintain its nature of non-slip flooring lasting over time. Non-slip M (Hammered type) Process that gives to the surface a special carved and protruding effect. Production recommended Non-slip B (Bush hammered type) Process that gives to the surface a special raised and rough effect (orange peel effect). Production recommended for ourside application. Non-slip E (Process achieved by diamond utensils that gives to the surface a special lined and velvety effect in a semi-circular grooves). Production recommended for outside application. Thin Non-slip F (Finishing fine type) Process achieved by diamond utensils that gives to the surface a special slightly rough effect). Production recommended for outside and inside rustic application. Polished for indoors -1 (sharpened smoothed material with sharp angle to polish during the placing and at customer's chargers). Opaque L (smooth finishing with sharp angle or bevelled). Non-slip M thickness: 30 mms - 50 nuns - 60 nuns - 80 mms -100 mms. Non-slip B - Non-slip E - Non-slip F thickness: 30 nuns - 50 mms - 60 nuns - 80 mms -100 mms. Opaque L - Polish for indoors I thickness: 20 mms - 30 nuns.
