Product catalog summary
Overview
This document outlines the features and specifications of a self-locking video door entry system designed for enhanced security in buildings. The system provides both outdoor protection against intruders and indoor security.

System Features
  • Self-locking Mechanism: Automatically locks the door when closed, providing high protection against intrusion with a solid bolt and anti-vandal device.
  • Video Door Entry: Allows users to open the door from inside by pressing a button on the monitor or using a door handle. From outside, access can be granted via key, remote control, or proximity reader.
  • Power Supply: Requires electrical current to the frame, similar to conventional door releases. In case of a power cut, the door can still be opened manually, and an emergency power supply can provide up to 400 openings.

Security Considerations
  • Replacing conventional electric locks with this system enhances security by ensuring the door is always locked, preventing unauthorized access.
  • Locking the main door is discouraged in emergencies like fires, as it may trap users inside, which is against legal regulations for tenant communities.

Model Specifications
  • Four models are available based on the distance between the keyhole center and the face plate, suitable for different door materials and profiles:
    • Model 850/50: 50mm distance, for wooden and iron doors.
    • Model 850/25: 25mm distance, for narrow profile aluminum doors.
    • Model 850/30: 30mm distance, for medium profile aluminum doors.
    • Model 850/35: 35mm distance, for wide profile aluminum doors.

Installation Details
  • Key distances for installation include the distance between the keyhole center and face plate (A), and the distance between the front and opposite side of the mechanism (B).
  • The distance between lock elements (H) should be between 1 and 3 mm.

Technical Specifications
  • Power consumption is 600mA at 12Vac, requiring a power supply of 12 VAC/1.5 A in DIN4 format.

Video Door Entry with selflocking system Extra security for video door entry When the door is closed, the main bolt is triggered automatically, leaving the frame and door joined. To open the door from home, simply press the door open button of the monitor: the bolt withdraws automatically without anyone having to go down with the key to open the door. The system automatically does the same job as a user locking the door with their key. The selflocking system is designed to offer high protection against intrusion since the bolt is solid and has an antivandal device. It can also be opened from...

Selflocking System Brochure-3

Substitution of conventional electric locks for a selflocking system allows double security for both community housing and individual users: on the outside, protection against intruders and security for the building because the door is locked at all times. Locking the main door of the building is a common but dangerous habit: in the event of fire, users may be trapped inside. In fact, this practice is forbidden by law for tenant communities. There are four automatic lock models, depending on the distance between the keyhole centre and the face plate: • Ref.3101 Model 850/50 (for 50mm distance)....
