5 Brass is a metal alloy of copper and zinc. If you add a third, fourth or more components this alloy is called special brass. In technical characteristics, brass compared with copper is a more solid metal and has more mechanical and corrosion resistance. For different manufacturing methods such casting, pressing or cutting brass is more practical and easy to use. In our manufacturing methods we are using individual and special brass alloy. For increasing level of brass homogeneity and complete dilution zinc in copper, quantity of nickel increased up to 0,6%, content of Aluminium up to 0,3-0,8%....

6 In the production of our frames we use traditional methods of metal treatments, which have been used by many generations of brass manufacturers in Spain, making it possible to create exclusive limited edition products.
