Wall Access Door01.1006.XXX The 01.1006.xxx is a tile faced - inset tile access door for installation in walls fitted with ceramic tiles, marble or panel material to a maximum thickness of 12mm. The door is fitted flush with the wall finish. After tiling the frame and door edges are visible providing additional protection to vulnerable tile edge. Materials and Finish Standard door leaf and frame are constructed of mild steel ‘zintec’ - powder coated white to RAL 9010 semi-gloss. The L/H hinged door tray is lined with board of varying depth to simplify tiling and to suit tile thickness. The door leaf is secured with budget lock(s) as standard. Pivot hinges are supplied as standard where door leaf is larger than 450mm x 450mm. - below this dimension spring hinges are fitted as standard. *Standard finish for mild steel doors: powder coat white to RAL 9010 semi-gloss Standard features shown in table in bold How to specify: e.g. 01.1006.121.450.600 = 01.1006.
