RING PLATE SERIES ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT The Ring Plate Series is a high quality wall or ceiling mounted axial fan suitable for a broad range of commercial and industrial applications. There are 4 sizes in the range extending from 200 to 350mm diameter. Typical Applications Suitable for a broad range of commercial and industrial exhaust applications, ie. kitchens, laundries, cellars and bars. Ducting, Louvres & Grilles Ref. L-6/14 Range of speeds available. Robust steel fan plate and impeller construction. Reverse air flow can be provided (see Special Note)*. Can be mounted in any position. Range of matched ancillaries are also available. The fan ring is of galvanised steel with an oyster grey, powder coated finish. The impellers are of galvanised steel with a black, powder coated finish. Access for wiring is from the rear. SUGGESTED SPECIFICATION The fans shall be of the Ring Plate Series designed and manufactured by Fantech Pty Ltd. Type - external rotor, squirrel cage induction motor. Electricity supply - single-phase 230V, 50Hz Bearings - sealed-for-life, ball. Speed-controllable. Motor protection IP44. See pages O-2/3 for details on these motors. The axial impellers shall be direct-driven by speed-controllable external rotor motors with internal thermal protection. The fan rings and impellers shall be of galvanised steel with a powder coat finish. All models shall be fully tested to ISO 5801:2004 for air flow and BS848:Part 2, 1985 for noise.
