- Composition: The BOORT bin is constructed with FSC® certified tropical hardwood slats, a galvanised and powder-coated mild steel frame, a stainless steel bin lid, and a galvanised mild steel bin liner. The lid pivots open for easy access to the removable bin liner.
- Dimensions: The bin measures 400mm in length, 400mm in width, and 850mm in height (1’ 3½” x 1’ 3½” x 2’ 9½” in imperial units). The bin liner has a capacity of 50 liters.
- Fixing Centres & Method: The fixing centres are 215mm x 190mm, requiring three sleeve anchors concealed in the base. The approximate weight of the bin is 46kg.
- Foundation: A recommended foundation consists of one pad measuring 400 x 400 x 300 mm in C20 concrete.
- Handling: Health and safety lifting guidelines should be observed. A forklift or crane may be necessary for off-loading and positioning the item.
