The LifeSpan maintenance program is designed to extend the life and maintain the appearance of these structures. Maintenance is conducted annually by certified Specialist Tensile Engineers with excellent safety records.

Included Services:

Canopy Cleaning: Removal of algae, mildew, mould, bird droppings, fuel exhaust residue, wind-blown dust, dead leaves, and other debris.
Steel Work Cleaning & Structural Check: Inspection and cleaning of the supporting framework, fixings, fittings, and canopy tensioning.
999 Priority Service: In case of emergencies, an engineer will be on-site within two working days to ensure safety and provide an action plan.
Logbook: A detailed logbook is provided, documenting scheduled maintenance, addressed items, and recommendations, all certified by a Specialist Tensile Engineer.
Touch Up: Application of color-matched paint to cover scratches and nicks on steelwork.
Upgrade: Option to upgrade to eco-friendly Silicone Glass Weave fabric for a longer lifespan.
Replacement: Patterning, manufacturing, and installation of a new canopy if needed.
Relocation: Advisory and project management services for relocating structures.

LifeSpan Programme Options:
