Optimum Combustion
Faber has developed a combustion technique for wood stoves that achieves high temperatures for optimal, clean combustion, benefiting the environment. This is facilitated by vermiculite lining in the combustion chamber and controlled oxygen flow, including primary and secondary air, aided by a perforated tube. An air-wash system keeps the ceramic window clean during use.

Environmental Impact
The carbon dioxide emitted during wood burning is equivalent to the amount absorbed by the tree during its lifetime. This CO2 is reabsorbed by trees, converting it into oxygen. Unused wood would decompose, releasing the same amount of CO2 as burning.
