Scope
This document describes a self-supporting roofing product, EUROBASE 67 CD, designed for discontinuous laying. It is made from metallic coated steel sheets, with optional organic coatings.

Material Specifications
The steel used in the product has varying thicknesses ranging from 0.70 mm to 1.20 mm. The weight per square meter increases with thickness, from 8.48 kg/m² to 14.54 kg/m². The steel conforms to EN 10346 standards, and the organic coating follows EN 10169 standards.

Geometrical Characteristics
The profile depth is 67 mm with a tolerance of ±1.5 mm. Other dimensions include a pitch of 202.5 mm and a cover width of 810 mm. The product's reaction to fire is classified as Class A1 or Class C-s3,d0, depending on the coating.

Experimental Characteristics
Tests conducted by BUREAU VERITAS show various bending moments and moments of inertia for different thicknesses. These characteristics are crucial for understanding the product's performance under load.

Permissible Span
The permissible span is determined by the limitation of deflection (L/200) according to French standard NF P 84-206 (DTU 43.3). The document provides detailed permissible spans for different thicknesses and load conditions.
