Properties of Esmach Ali Group S.r.l. - reproduction prohibited Cooler and water cooler/heater (vertical and wall mounted) Water coolers allow to have a supply of cooled water available that, adequately measured out, can be used to obtain dough mixtures at a constant temperature independently from the ambient temperature. It is also an essential working tool for the modern bread-making process since an appropriate temperature control of dough mixture contributes to define the quality of the finished product. The continuous water chiller prevents the proliferation of bacteria thanks to stainless steel coil, that makes water circulate without any contact with air. The double circuit cooling/evaporator ensures water hygiene also in case of breakdown of the cooling system. Installation and initial testing operations are simplified by the automatic filling of the tank. Furthermore, the maintenance of the water chiller is helped by the constant motion of the water due to the immersion pump and by the absence of extra pumps for water discharge, thanks to the pressure of the hydraulic system. Being a water chiller in continuous, they don’t need any extra pump for water discharge. (Reference water temperature: inlet + 18°C /outlet + 3°C). Vertical coolers (C-R 200 and C-R 300) to be placed on a sup port stand (option) or to be installed on a wall at customer’s own expense. As the Wall horizontal coolers, they don’t need any extra pump for water discharge as well Vertical and wall-mounted models: An only one electronic thermo-regulator activates the refrigerating unit automatically according to water set temperature. Operating temperature: + 3°C + 18°C. Models with heating elements: Thanks to the warming kit - available as an option, the water chiller can warm up or cool down water temperature automatically, based on set temperature.
