Inspect all tiles for defects before installation. Claims for installation costs will not be accepted if issues are found after installation. Ensure product tones are compatible, acknowledging slight variations.
Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, level, and stable, with less than 3 mm deviation over 2 m2. Use a waterproof primer for water-sensitive substrates.
Selecting Bonding Materials: Avoid cement/lime mortars. Use adhesives with reduced vertical displacement for walls. Refer to the manufacturer's website for detailed bonding material tables.
Tiling Process: Use the thin-layer technique with joints of at least 1.5 mm for white body tiles and 2 mm for porcelain tiles. For tiles over 30 cm, use the double-bonding method. Maintain a 5 mm gap from walls.
Laying the Tiles: Apply adhesive with a notched trowel for uniform thickness. Lay tiles within the adhesive's open time, using the Tarver Method to remove air bubbles. Adjust tiles during the adhesive's adjustment time.
