Specifications
The CRISTALITHE climbing wall system is designed by Entre-Prises’ technical department and complies with the European Standard for Artificial Climbing Structures (EN12572). It features high friction, hard-wearing surfaces, and simple shapes. The construction includes 18mm plywood panels for strength and stability, with FSC certified wood panels and primary frame.

Design and Construction
The system includes a quarter-round frame element of solid wood to protect corners and prolong rope life. It offers diverse shapes, including vertical, overhanging, and slab sections, allowing for simple yet effective designs. Climbing lines are positioned at 1.2m or 1.5m intervals, with leader protection points for ground-up ascents.

Features
The wall includes 49 bolt-on hold inserts per square meter and a durable, pigmented resin friction coating. It supports a high number of climbing routes and allows for macro features, belay ledges, and crack systems. The system is impact-resistant and features an individual top-rope system with screwgate and snapgate carabiners.

Maintenance and Durability
The product is guaranteed for five years with an annual maintenance agreement. It requires one maintenance visit or inspection per year, with maintenance access integrated into the climbing surface. The wooden frame allows for individual panel replacement.

Aesthetics and Safety
The CRISTALITHE system offers aesthetic finishes with varnished quarter-round wood corners and customizable color schemes. It ensures safety with threaded bolt-on hold screw-in inserts that do not turn or fall out.
