TECHNICAL FICHA TÉC- DATA SHEET NICA Novotop Access Zinc-plated steel The Novotop tactile nails provide a warning solution to identify areas with obstacles, or areas where there is a change of level or an unprotected gap, such as stairs and open platforms. Made of zinc-plated steel, are ideal for outdoor and indoor places, and have tactile and anti-slip designed texture, so they are easily identified by users. Its exclusive installation, with no adhesives, allows an important saving cost. They can be installed by using the fitting template (in option). General Features Material: Zinc-plated steel Color Zinc-plated steel Applications Novotop Access Steel are tactile nails designed to be installed, according to a template, as a warning element of the risk posed by train platforms, walkways, beginning and end of staircases, among others, mainly for the blind or the visual disabled. You can easily install them by using the fitting template (optional). The Novotop Access Steel nails, when installed in staircases, serve as a tactile signaling element due to its height (5 mm). The Novotop Steel are suitable to be installed outdoors. The Novotop Access steel are made of zinc-plated steel, which is a metal with excellent properties. The nails are protected through an electrolytic or mechanic process in which they are covered with a zinc bath. This increases its resistance to corrosion and oxidation and improves its visual appearance. The steel is a very common metal used in everyday objects, tools, appliances, building structures...
