Elval Colour provides anodised aluminium products in various shades, offering both standard and custom solutions for building envelopes. The company assists in selecting the best colour shade to optimize cost, quality, aesthetics, and delivery speed, enhancing project performance and visual impact.

Installation and Colour Consistency
To ensure colour consistency, it is recommended to place project orders in one batch. Anodised colours should be installed following the arrow direction on the protective film and panel backs to avoid colour variation. Custom projects require a minimum order of 500m² per width and thickness.

Surface Preparation and Characteristics
The top surface undergoes continuous coil anodizing with a thickness of 15 µm. Colour consistency is maintained with a ΔΕ<3 within the coil and across different production runs. Slight creasing may occur, and colour fading due to light and UV influences is noted.

Warranty and Durability
The anodic layer thickness and sealing quality are stable over time. The warranty period is 25 years in standard environments and 15 years in marine environments, with colour fading limited to DE ≤8 units over 15 years.
