Casing and Construction
The fan housings are made from high-quality galvanized steel with circular spigots for ISO standard spiral ducting. They include mounting brackets and are lined with a 25mm high-density, non-toxic, flame-retardant acoustic lining compliant with BS476 Parts 6 and 7. Access to the fan and motor is through a removable panel sealed with neoprene.

Impeller and Motor
The impellers are double inlet, double width, forward-curved centrifugal types, directly driven by motors on anti-vibration mounts. The motors are highly efficient, maintenance-free, and protected to IP20/IP44 standards, suitable for speed control and temperatures up to +40°C.

Quality Management
The units are designed and manufactured according to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 standards and tested to ISO 5801:2007 for airside performance and BS 848 Part 2: 1985 for sound performance.
