Your specialist for SAUNA TECHNOLOGY & WELLNESS DOOR HINGES & GAS SAUNA HEATERS ELSÄSSER GmbH Wall assembly Pull off the dark-grey cover frame (ill. A1), now you can screw the casing horizontally on a wall with 4 screws (not included). After that you can clip back on the dark-grey come frame again. Power connection The sauna-infusion-automatic is delivered with a power supply. Plug the power supply (100-240 V/50-60 Hz) into the wall socket or connect the power supply with the control panel. Please not that the sauna infusion automatic may only be under voltage during the sauna use so that a water dosing beyond the sauna use will be avoided! Temperature sensor The temperature sensor starts the sauna infusion automatic automatically. Install it at the back of the sauna heater as high as possible or as high that an adequate temperature (min. 40 °C) will be achieved. To do so, use an up to min. 200 °C heat-resistant adhesive or install the temperature sensor with a M3-screw (not included in delivery). For the screw: drill a hole Ø 2 mm in the back of the sauna heater. Insert the plug of the temperature sensor in the bottom of the housing (ill. A14). If required, you can extend the cable up to 20 m. Connection of the water supply The sauna infusion automatic is directly connected to the water pipe. You must install a manual shut-off valve (not included in delivery) so that you can switch off the water conduit in case of an emergency and reduce a too strong flow when needed (Notic! Max. operating pressure: 7 bar, switch off pressure: 10 bar). Install left-sided within approx. 15 cm to the sauna infusion automatic a manual stop valve with a 3/4“ connection thread. Connect the manual stop valve with the 3/4“ water inlet opening (ill. A10) of the sauna infusion automatic by a metal-protected hose (not included in delivery). Connection sauna infusion automatic Connect the 1.5 m hose (ill. A12) with your infusion concentrate-container. The flow switch of the sauna infusion automatic recognises if water flows. Only after water was dosed, the pump begins to spray infusion concentrate. Only use appropriate infusion concentrates! Connection heater shower Connect the 5 m hose (ill. A13) to the heater shower (not included in delivery - please ask for the deliverable variants). The hose must not be attached in the sauna room because it will be deformed through the heat exposure. Settings Amount of water: The amount of water can be adjusted with the knob (ill. A3). Begin with the middle position: is the amount of water too low - turn the water knob to the right (MAX) or turn to the left (MIN) - to reduce the amount of water. Pause time: After each infusion a pause time is activated. You can adjust it by using the knob (ill. A4). Is the pause time too short - turn the pause knob to the right or turn it to the left - if the pause time is too long. Scent intensity: Ajust the desired intensity with the knob (ill. A15). Begin with the middle position: is the intensity too low - turn the intensity knob to the right (MAX) or turn it to the left (MIN) - for a lower intensity. 3-way-switch: With the 3-way-switch (ill. A7) you can select the following functions: AUTO This is the automatic setting. The dosing begings automatically when the sauna infusion automatic reached the required operating temperature. It ends when the sauna cools down. OFF Select this setting to turn off the device. With this setting you close the water manually (for safety reasons the scent pump remains switched off). You can use this setting e. g. when you would like to check if the magnetic valve is working or to remove impurities i
