53 DUCTED vs RECIRCULATING Most Elica Collection kitchen ventilation products are designed as Ducted Systems, in which air from inside the kitchen is pulled through a grease filter and then vented through a duct, directly into the outside air. This is the most powerful and effective ventilation method.
