Effisus EasyRepair on Polycarbonate Substrate Preparation All substrates should be dry. Please clean all substrates using the Effisus Cleaner LV or similar. Remove any dust, debris, oil and grease and other contaminants. Bonding operations can not be carried out at temperatures bellow 29ºC. Effisus 2Bond DS Tape Installation Install Effisus 2Bond DS Tape 50mm on the center of the joint. There must be no less than 25mm of the tape on each side of the joint. Remove one side of the release liner gradually to prevent contamination of the adhesive prior to application. Roll with pressure using a steel roller to activate bonding process. Apply gently and without tension. Remove the second release liner. Effisus Easyrepair Installation Install Effisus Easyrepair Membrane 150mm over the Effisus 2Bond DS Tape on the center of the joint. There must be no less than 75mm of the membrane on each side of the joint. Remove the release liner gradually to prevent contamination of the adhesive prior to application. Roll with pressure using a steel roller to activate bonding process. Apply gently and without tension. Seams between Effisus Easyrepair Membranes and Effisus 2Bond DS Tape should have a minimum overlap of 100mm. Roll with pressure using a steel roller to activate bonding process.
