The CasingThe casing is the structural body of every
kitchen element, made from selected materials and special processes to ensure high quality and long-lasting durability. The interior of all casings, including wall cupboards, bases, and tall units, is lined with a 120-gram white melamine layer plus a barrier, providing a double lining that enhances durability and aesthetic appeal. All structural panels are classified as E1, indicating low formaldehyde emissions and high resistance to moisture. Side panels are 18 mm thick, while shelves are at least 22 mm thick.
Bases
The upper part of the bases features a deal "linking strip" that connects the two sides. Deal wood, part of the resinous wood family, is highly resistant to moisture, making it ideal for kitchen environments prone to accidental seepages or high humidity and steam.
Feet
The feet are constructed from ABS and zinc-plated metal, adjustable by 5 mm downwards and 20 mm upwards. Each foot can support up to 100 kg, with four feet per furniture piece allowing a maximum capacity of 400 kg. However, the total weight a piece of furniture can bear, including the top, should not exceed 200 kg.
Additional Features
Standard bases include a deal linking strip, steel covers, and shelves available in various versions. Undersink bases are also available. The aluminium cover and edge provide additional durability and aesthetic enhancement.
